Mike Esposito and Stan Goldberg The Amazing Spider-Man #67 Cover Re-Creation Original Art (c. 2000s). Riffing on the published image of 1968 by John Romita, Sr., Esposito and Goldberg bring more to the table than merely a re-creation. Something in the linework hints of Spider-Man originator Steve Ditko -- an ideal subtlety, inasmuch as Ditko also had defined the aspect of the villain thus pictured, Quentin "Mysterio" Beck. Ink over graphite, delicately watercolored, on Bristol board. Dimensions, 14.75" x 20.75". Corner wear and irregular edge-trimming (top and left). Otherwise in Excellent condition.
