    Michael Kaluta Graphic Showcase #2 "Eyes of Mars" Original Art (C.C.A.S. Publications, 1967-69). This is some very early Michael Kaluta artwork on a John Carter, Warlord of Mars-inspired story that has been signed and dated three times! It appeared in issue #2 of Graphic Showcase, a fanzine from the late '60s. Issue #1 was released in 1967, issue #2 was released in 1969. This particular page is signed and dated 1968 in three places: First in the inscription to Stephan Harper in the image area of the artwork, second in the top edge of the half-page last panel, and third on the backside by the a drawing of the ship. The work is ink and Zipatone over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 12" x 18". Slight tanning, otherwise in Excellent condition.
