Description
John Totleben - Miraclewoman Illustration Original Art (2002).The Miraclewoman stands over the slain "Miracledog" on this lovely tribute to Alan Moore's gritty look at Superheroes. The origin of this book runs from the Golden Age Captain Marvel, to the 1950s British Captain Marvel reprints that became Marvelman, to the Eclipse comics Marvelman that became Miracleman. This gorgeous piece was rendered edge-to-edge in grey tone ink and white paint on 11" x 17" illustration board. Signed and dated in the lower left. In Excellent condition.
