    Description

John Romita Sr. and Tony Mortellaro Amazing Spider-Man #109 Page 14 Gwen Stacy and Harry Osborn Original Art (Marvel, 1972). Flash Thompson is captured by Vietnamese monks who plan to sacrifice him to resurrect their high priest, and Spider-Man is likely his only hope. Betcha wish you didn't make fun of Parker now, don't you Flash? Also, we get a bit of the Stan Lee soap-opera melodrama that kept fans coming back month after month, as Gwen Stacy frets over Parker's disappearance. Produced in ink over blue pencil on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15", this page is slightly tanned with production tape in the margins, and some production oil stains in the top right panel. There seems to be a word balloon missing from the bottom of the last panel and there is taped-in text paste-up correction in one panel. Overall in Very Good condition.
