John Romita Jr. Uncanny X-Men #176 Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1983). Romita's first full issue as penciler of this title came at a time when the just-departed Paul Smith had pushed sales of the title to all-time highs, but JR Jr. quickly became a fan favorite in his own right. Here, Scott "Cyclops" Summers and Madelyne Pryor are on their honeymoon but soon find themselves in a savage fight for their lives. The image area of this senses (and logo)-shattering Cyclops spectacular measures 9.75" x 15". Aside from light overall paper aging, it's in Very Good condition. Signed (twice) by JRJR, and also by Marvel Editor-in-Chief Jim Shooter, in its lower right margin.
