John Caldwell - Wolf Sketch Original Art (1980). The wild n' wooly panel cartoonist, John Caldwell, who has had his work published in Playboy, National Lampoon, and Mad presents his hilarious twist on the "wolf in sheep's clothing" bit. The image area of his cartoon is 14" x 17", and John has personalized his drawing, "For Richard and Wendy -- John Caldwell." The art is in Excellent condition. From the collection of Richard and Wendy Pini. Richard says: "John Caldwell was a frequent guest at upstate New York conventions in the 1980s, and would always have a portfolio full of the gag cartoons he did for "National Lampoon" and other humor magazines. Some were bizarre, some were definitely R-rated, all were hilarious, and since this one had a wolf in it (Elfquest connection again) I had to have it."
