    Description

Joe Kubert Our Army at War #200 Sgt. Rock Pin-Up Page Original Art (DC, 1968). The boss of Easy Company is ready for his close-up, in this iconic full-page "Battle Pin-Up" illustration. This was a special page for a very special issue -- Our Army at War #200. The late Joe Kubert spent many years as a comic book artist, beginning in the 1930s when he was still a kid attending school; he worked on lots of different features and publishers over the years, but to many of us, he'll always be remembered for his DC War stories, especially those stories starring Sgt. Rock. This page is a fanboy's dream! It's in ink and whiteout on textured Bristol board that has been cut and affixed to Bristol (which includes the top and bottom captions). The image area measures 10" x 15", and the art is in Excellent condition.
