    Description

Jim Davis Garfield Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 12-27-79 (United Feature Syndicate, 1979). Since the series started in June of 1978, this strip comes from the first year of publication! A hilarious daily that breaks the fourth wall. Created in ink over graphite and Zipatone shading on Bristol board with an image area of 14" x 4". The shading film is discolored due to age, but the art remains in Very Good condition. From the Jim Davis Collection.
