Nous touchons littéralement au Graal pour tout collectionneur d'Arzach, héros solitaire chevauchant son 'Ptéroïde' sur une planète où s'étend un désert sans fin, l'un des personnages emblématique de Moebius pour lequel il reçut instantanément le Grand Prix Saint-Michel en 1976. Les premières aventures d'Arzach furent présentées au public entre 1975 et 1976 dans le magazine Métal hurlant, avant de paraître aux Humanoïdes Associés en 1976. Ce dessin (75-76) est un des tous premiers de la main du maître sur ce personnage. Image republiée en page 57 dans 'Moebius Oeuvres Complètes #2 et à nouveau en couverture d'un autre catalogue de la librairie 'Les Temps Futurs' début des années 80, cette fois-çi en trame couleur. Pièce de musée. Encre de Chine sur fin papier Extra Strong Superfin avec une superficie d'image de 20 x 30 cm. En Parfaite Condition.

We are literally touching the Grail for any Arzach collector, a solitary hero riding his 'Pteroid' on an endless desert planet, one of the emblematic characters of Moebius for whom he instantly received the Grand Prix Saint-Michel in 1976. Arzach's first adventures were presented to the public between 1975 and 1976 in the magazine Métal hurlant, before being published by Humanoïdes Associés in 1976. This drawing (75-76) is one of the very first of the master's hand on this character. Image republished on page 57 in 'Moebius Oeuvres Complètes # 2' and again on the cover of another catalog of the bookshop 'Les Temps Futurs' in the early 80s, this time in color. Museum piece. Ink on 'Extra Strong Superfin' thin paper with an image area of ??8" x 12". In excellent condition.
