    Description

Jack Kirby and Paul Reinman Avengers #3 Story Page 18 Original Art (Marvel, 1964). This is one character-packed page, as you would expect from The Avengers! It is also the first time that these two future Defenders team up... Namor the savage Sub-Mariner and the incredible Hulk! Too bad for the Avengers... Iron Man (in his Mark III armor), Giant Man, the Wasp, and Thor. The titanic team-up page appeared as page 21 in the issue due to ads. It was created in ink over graphite on twice-up scale Bristol board with an image area of 12.75" x 18.5". There is a very tiny half-inch tear in the top margin that just barely reaches into the image area of panel #3, otherwise in Excellent condition.
