    Description

Jack Kirby and Dick Ayers Two Gun Kid #59 Story Page 5 Original Art (Marvel, 1961). Published just a half-year before the historic Fantastic Four #1, this is an early Marvel Silver Age Jack Kirby action page! The Two Gun Kid is "At The Mercy of Wolf Waco", but not for long... on this action-packed slugfest by the Kirby/Ayers team. This page was reprinted in issue #101 when the story was reused with the Kid's updated costume. Created twice-up scale in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 12.5" x 18.5". There is glue residue at the bottom from the missing "continued... strip. Matted and glass front framed to 16" x 23". Signed by Kirby in the lower margin. In Excellent condition.
