    Description

Jack Kirby and Dick Ayers Incredible Hulk #5 Tyrannus "Beauty and the Beast" Splash Page 1 Original Art (Marvel, 1962). There's Hulk action to spare in this show-stopping splash from very early in ol' Greenskin's career, and the first appearance of Tyrannus. This milestone is classic Jack "King" Kirby all the way, with its strong, eye-popping layout, and bold characterization -- plus, you just can't beat Dick Ayers' dynamic inks. This mind-blowing "twice-up thriller" has to be one of the best pages of this era -- a Hulk splash page with an iconic Kirby image. This twice-up pencil and ink on Bristol splash has an image area of 12.5" x 18.5" and it's in Excellent condition. Signed by Dick Ayers on the back of the page.
