Skip Williamson "Decriminalize Reefer" Illustration Original Art (1997). Snappy Sammy Smoot makes a pitch for legal medical marijuana in this poster illustration by Underground Comix legend Skip Williamson. Snappy Sammy was a mainstay in the old Bijou Funnies anthology comix series, and should be instantly recognizable to any Underground fan. This piece was probably produced in conjunction with the Boston Freedom Festival. The art is in ink and whiteout on illustration board, with an image area of 12" x 13.75".
