Simon Bisley - Lobo Unreleased Video Game Cover Illustration Original Art (DC/Kemco, 2003). Lobo gets the full Simon Bisley treatment in this gruesomely gorgeous piece, created for a never-released video game based on DC's Main Man himself, slated to hit PlayStation and XBOX systems in the early aughts. The game may have been shelved -- but thanks to Bisley's unmistakable style, this brutal beauty lives on as a testament to what could have been. We can maybe understand the Robo-Batman head... but if anyone out there can explain the presence of the Easter Bunny and multiple Santa Claus heads, we're all ears! Rendered in mixed media on board with an image area of 11.5" x 16". Signed and dated after the fact (hence the '05 date), in Excellent condition.More information about Simon Bisley.
