Description
Sheldon Moldoff - Batman & Hawkman Illustration Original Art (1993). Golden Age master Moldoff defined the aspect of Hawkman during the 1940s, and some odd years later he still has the classic touch with the character he is most fondly associated with. He ghosted so extensively for Bob Kane that Moldoff might as well be considered a co-creator of Batman. Created in ink, colored markers on Bristol board, with an image area of 15.5" x 13.25". Light overall toning with lines forming a square around border from being framed, adhesive residue all over back, white tape on the back top edge. Signed and dated. Art is in Excellent condition.Auction Info
