Description

Scott Beaderstadt and Ray Murtaugh Batman vs. The Brain Illustration Original Art (1999). Are you pondering what we're pondering? Batman may have met his match in this playful crossover clash, which recasts the Dark Knight against a narf-arious Pinky as Harley Quinn and the Brain as the Joker. Batman is fittingly rendered in the popular 1990s Batman: The Animated Series style, from the same WB era that brought viewers Pinky and the Brain. Prints of the image were produced and sold over the years. Created in ink, watercolor, airbrush, and white paint over graphite on illustration board, with a visible image area of 12" x 17.25", matted to 17.5" x 22.75". Minor ink smudging. Signed by both artists in the lower left image area. Presents in Excellent condition.
