Mike Mignola Thor: God of Thunder Thor Concept Design Original Art (c. 1990s). Mike Mignola designs an original God of Thunder for an animated series that never moved beyond concept. Thor stands ready for battle, wolf fur lining his cape and boots, Mjolnir heavy in his grasp. Designed for the unproduced Thor: God of Thunder animated series, this take draws from original Norse mythology, presenting a stern warrior far removed from the Marvel incarnation. Ink and crayon over graphite on paper with an image area of 6.5" x 9". Signed by Mignola. In Excellent condition.Auction Info
