Description
Michael Kaluta - Catwoman Illustration Original Art (1974). A fantastic image of the Golden Age Catwoman on a monument to (the apparently deceased) Batman. This is made all the more astounding in that it was created in 1974, three years before the Earth-2 Catwoman preceded him in death in DC Super Stars #17 (the origin of the Huntress story), and a full five years before the Golden Age Batman of Earth-2 himself died in Adventure Comics #462. This image is all graphite, signed and dated in the middle of the image area. It is UV glass front framed to 16"x 18" with an inner image area of 10.5" x 12.5".
