Description
L. B. Cole Tomb of Dracula Unpublished Cover Preliminary Original Art (Marvel, 1979). This appears to be the initial preliminary study for a cover of Tomb of Dracula magazine that went unfinished and unpublished. The cover text and layout matches the trade dressing for Issue #2 (with the month/number changed) and the new L. B. Cole art created in graphite on 8" x 10.75" paper. Signed in the lower right. The art is toned and in Very Good condition. Accompanied with a handwritten note that seems to be Cole's notes on the job specs.From the Keif Fromm Estate.
