Jose "Pepe" Gonzalez - Vampirella Illustration Original Art (1976). This sultry and smoldering image of Vampirella may have been used as the basis for her figure on the cover of Vampirella #83. The figure was flipped from left-to-right and a new background was added, if so. Created in ink and graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10.5" x 15.25". Signed and dated in the lower right. The margins of the board were cut slightly askew from the alignment of the artwork. There is discoloring in the margins from a previous matting job. The ink in the background and borders has change hue. In Very Good condition.
