Thought to have been prepared as a presentation piece for a proposed Daredevil cartoon series, this scene featuring DD and the Owl is a stunning cover-quality illustration by the legendary John Romita Sr. Always a highly sought-after artist, Romita's work has become even more valued in the marketplace of late. This is a truly stunning image, rendered by Jazzy Johnny at the peak of his powers. This Marvel masterwork is drawn on Bristol paper, was signed by the artist in the lower right, and has an image area of 13" x 17.5". The art is in Excellent condition.
