Description
John Gee - Flower Illustrations Original Art Group of 3 (undated). Trio of rare nature studies by famed children's book author and artist John Gee (1895 - 1977). These flower paintings are in watercolor/gouache with graphite on board; image sizes are 5.5" x 8" (in hand-drawn border measuring 9" x 10"), 9.5" x 10", and 9" x 10.125". Each illustration is signed. Two of the artboards are stained in the outer margins, away from the image; all boards have toned. Good overall condition.More information about Gee, John Artist.
