Description

James O'Barr The Crow: Salvation Illustration Original Art (1999). An evocative piece of Alex Corvis sharing an intimate moment with his girlfriend, Lauren Randall, who he is accused murdering, subsequently imprisoned/executed, and resurrected as The Crow seeking vengeance. This image was included in the booklet art for the movie soundtrack released by Koch Records, as well as The Crow 2000 Salvation Portfolio featuring O'Barr's production art from the movie. Ink and white paint over graphite on 8.5" x 9.5" Duo-Shade board. Slight toning, black tape along the edges, splatter effects, with adhesive staining in the lower right and light handling wear. In Very Good condition. Includes a movie screening pass signed by O'Barr, Dr. Martens French promo, print of the art, and COA.
