Howard Scott Tip Top Bread Advertising Illustration Original Art (Tip Top Bakery, c. 1950s). Fine Art and Commercial Artist Howard Scott turned in many fantastic images for various products in the 1950s. His work has a warmth and charm to it that captures a lost era. This incredulous kid is finding out that Tip Top Bread is "Tops For Toast"! Gouache on illustration board, with an image area of 19" x 16". The text is a stat paste-up. There is glue residue on a large portion of the board from previous paper frame and paste-ups. The image area is in Very Good condition.Auction Info
