Description
Harvey Kurtzman and Bill (Will) Elder Help! V2#4 (#16) "Adventures of Goodman Beaver - Chapter VI Goodman Gets a Gun" Story Page 2 Panel 3 Illustration Original Art (Warren, 1962). Goodman arrives at the country club and is greeted by Liz Taylbone in this panel from the second page of the only Elder-drawn story that wasn't reprinted in the Executive's Comic Book collection of 1962. Kurtzman supplied the layouts for Elder's detailed art rendered in ink over graphite on illustration board with an image area of 6.75" x 6". Slight toning, marginal pinholes/notes, acetate overlay with rubylith toning taped at the top, right side corner dings, discolored text paste-ups, tape/registration marks along the bottom image area, whiteout corrections, and edge/handling wear. In Very Good condition.From the Personal Collection of Bill Elder. Certificate of Authenticity from Heritage Auctions.
