Description
Hannes Bok "Beyond Doubt" Illustration Original Art (Street and Smith, 1941). Produced but unpublished work to accompany Robert Heinlein's story "Beyond Doubt" (under the pen name "Lyle Monroe and Elma Wentz") in the April 1941 issue of Astounding Stories magazine. The story centered around a political smear campaign on the continent of Mu that would explain the existence of the Easter Island statues. This lovely piece of stipple style artwork from Bok is ink on illustration paper with an image area of 6" x 4". There is tanning on the paper and corner and edge wear.
