Description
Hank Ketcham Dennis the Menace Frame Tray Puzzle Illustration Original Art (Golden, 1987). Dennis the Menace may have managed to give his dog Ruff a bath, but he's made a complete mess of both himself and the bathroom in the process! Mother hasn't even stepped fully into the room yet, but it's already clear she won't be pleased. Mixed media on Bristol board with an image area of 9.25" x 11". The Bristol board is affixed to a backing board using a combination of original and replacement tape. A vellum overlay, featuring a graphite-drawn frame, is also attached at the top with tape. Whiteout, tape in the margins, editorial notes, and toning or soiling to the backing board from handling. While the backing board and overlay are not in the best condition, the artwork itself remains in Excellent condition.Auction Info
