Guillaume Sorel - Solomon Kane Illustration Original Art (2021). The prolific French artist Guillaume Sorel brings to life Solomon Kane, the avenging hero created by Robert E. Howard -- one of the fathers of modern fantasy literature and famed for his creation of Conan the Cimmerian. This large and superb illustration radiates a perfectly macabre atmosphere, depicting a moonlit cemetery duel where Solomon Kane relentlessly hunts evil creatures, armed with his faithful sword and twin pistols. Rendered in ink and watercolor on Bristol board with an image area of 28.75" x 20.25". Signed and dated. In Excellent condition.
