Description
Geof Darrow The Vertigo Gallery: Dreams and Nightmares #1 Shade the Changing Man Illustration Original Art (DC/Vertigo, 1995). This bizarre image features not only the Vertigo version of Shade, the Changing Man, but also a "Johnny DC" clock on the wall. The published version also included a Metal Men page on the left poster, and Darrow's own "The Big Guy" robot on the right poster. Created in graphite on a sheet of Bristol board with taped-on wings extending the image area to 11.25" x 15.75". Toned with graphite smudging, there is also a missing lower left corner.
