Francis William Mahony - Political Cartoon Illustration Original Art (Daily Telegraph, 1943). This WWII era editorial cartoon was created in ink, black crayon, and white paint on Bristol board. Signed in the lower left of the 10.5" x 15" image area. The board is very toned, and have been folded across the middle. In Good condition.Auction Info
