Eugene "Zim" Zimmerman Judge Magazine Illustration Original Art (Judge, c. 1890s). From Zimmerman's first decade of a long affiliation with the satirical magazine Judge. He had become known as simply "Zim" upon leaving rival magazine Puck in 1885. Ink over graphite on Illustration board. Image area, 23" x 9". General age-toning. Crimped and torn right-hand corner, outside image. Excellent condition. From A Collection of Great Cartoonists and Illustrators.
