Description

Denis Sire Bois Willys Related Illustrations Original Art (c. 1978-1990s). Many poses of Sire's heavily Bettie Page-influenced character. The tall, busty, leggy blonde seems to be from Lisa Bay as well. This work is composed of eight different pieces all cut and taped together to from one page. They are all original art, including the "Chrysler 'Fire Power' V8" image. Some were created much earlier than others. As the assembled page is numbered 13 in the lower right, it may have been published in a collection of his work titled Poupées de Sire published in 2010. Graphite (with some ink and Zipatone) on sections of Bristol board taped together to form a 16" x 20" image area. In Very Good condition.
