Description
Dan DeCarlo Humorama Men's Magazine Cartoon Illustration Original Art (Humorama, 1958). "Yes, we do need a secretary with experience... but the experience is in typing!"Used several times (and with good reason), this very funny gag cartoon by Dan DeCarlo (of later Archie Comics fame), appears to have been used in at least Breezy (June 1958), and Romp (September 1966), if not other Humorama publications. The art is created in ink and ink wash over graphite on illustration board with an image area of 9" x 13". The image is matted in a vintage mat with an acetate overlay to protect the art. There is light tanning and frame burn, and the mat is stained and worn, however the art itself is in overall Very Good condition.
