Carl Potts Strange Tales #9 Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1987) Doctor Strange by Carl Potts, known for his career with Marvel as an artist, writer, and editor. Potts also mentored many of the top artists of the time, including Jim Lee, Arthur Adams, and Mike Mignola, to name a few. Created in ink over graphite on Bristol board taped to the edges of illustration board and watercolor airbrush, with and image area of 14.5" x 21.5". There is faint toning, grey circles are paste-ups. In Excellent condition.Auction Info
