Description
Bob Abbett "Mars Explodes" Painting Original Art (c. 1960s). American illustrator Robert K. Abbett illustrated many Edgar Rice Burroughs' books, including the Tarzan series and the "John Carter of Mars" series. This piece is reported to be an unpublished cover for one of ERB's novels. Created in acrylic on illustration board with an image area of 13" x 19.25". In Excellent condition.From the Harlan Ellison Collection.
