Description
Bill Wenzel Snappy March-1956 Single Panel Gag Cartoon Illustration Original Art (Timely/Humorama, 1956). "I'm lovable, affectionate and cooperative, sir - outside of that i've had no secretarial experience." The gag was reprinted in the April-1964 issue of Stare, and then again in the November-1968 issue of Fun House. Created in ink, ink wash, and white paint over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 9" x 12". Slight toning, trimmed edges, blue pencil ruling lines, with staining and handling wear. Signed by Wenzel in the lower right image area and in Very Good condition.Auction Info
