Description
Bill Wenzel Joker February-1957 Illustration Original Art (Humorama, 1957). "Don't get jumpy. I'll return it to you as soon as I start the motor!" You have to admire his ingenuity. Although the young lady seems more worried about her own ingénue-dity! It's a gag funny enough to reprint in the April-1965 Laugh Digest, and again in the August-1970 Popular Jokes. Created in ink and ink wash over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 9" x 12". Toned and in Very Good condition.Auction Info
