Description
Bill Ward Humorama Cartoon Illustration Original Art (undated). Bill Ward was the "cartoon king" when it came to drawing uproarious, yet sexy "good girl" gags. This piece has its caption written in the lower border, "Gosh, Miss am I glad you came along - six bus drivers have passed me with half-empty busses." Drawn with pencil, ink, and opaque white on light brown paper, this illustration measures approximately 13.5" x 19" overall. The art is in Very Good condition. There is a signed tearsheet of the cartoon taped to the back of the art. From the Don Vernon Collection.More information about Bill Ward.
