Bill Ely - Pirate Illustration Original Art (undated). This ruthless pirate is an amazing piece from the hand of Bill Ely. Ely drew for more companies and titles than there is room to list here. Not only is this a simply wonderful detailed drawing, it is personalized to Ron Goulart who would go on to become a foremost comic historian in the industry. Signed in the art and personalized, this piece is ink over graphite on illustration board with an image area of 7.5" x 13". Tanned with edge and corner wear, it is in Very Good condition.Auction Info
