Description

Andrew MacLean - Devil Dinosaur and Moon-Boy Specialty Illustration Original Art (2022). Andrew MacLean, creator of Head Lopper from Image Comics, delivers a fabulous Kirby-esque take on Moon-Boy and Devil Dinosaur, gazing up at a swarm of humanoid robots flying overhead. This striking illustration is a clear nod to Kirby's cover for Devil Dinosaur #4 (1978), reimagining its story elements while channeling his bold, dynamic style. Created in ink and wash over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10.75" x 16.5". Minor smudging, whiteout touch-ups, and minor handling wear. Signed and dated by MacLean at the bottom. In Excellent condition.
