    Alfred Charles "Al" Parker Famous Artists School: "Frightened Woman" Original Art (Famous Artists School, c. 1940s). Originally composed for an undocumented piece of prose fiction, Parker's tense image, here, gained a greater prominence as an example of artistry in the textbooks of the Famous Artists School. The angular composition recalls the film noir style of moviemaking, with just the right spot-color highlighting. Ink over graphite on illustration board. Image area, 7" x 10.5", matted to 14.75" x 16". Excellent condition.
