Description

Alex Ross Wizard X-Men Spectacular Page 19 Illustration Cyclops Original Art (Wizard/Marvel, 2001). In 2000, Marvel Comics asked Alex Ross to redesign the X-Men. For whatever reason, Marvel decided not to go with those designs and ultimately Frank Quitely and Grant Morrison got to redesign the team. In 2001, however, Wizard Magazine published this "X-Men Spectacular" special and included the Ross designs. Fans loved them. Here Cyclops has traded the leather and straps for sleek black and a trench coat. The original art is created in pure graphite on 9" x 12" paper and signed by the man with the golden touch, Alex Ross. In Excellent condition.
