Description
Adrian Tomine The New Yorker Illustration Original Art (2001). This illustration is based on the James Gandolfini and Julia Roberts film, The Mexican. From a The Comics Reporter interview, Adrian Tomine, quotes: "They said, 'Make her (Roberts) look beautiful. That's why we want her in the image, because she's a pretty movie star.' So that was hard. But I look at it and I'm like, 'Oh, I like those colors. The composition is nice.'" The image area measures 8" x 5.5" and the art is in Excellent condition.Auction Info
