    Granville Bruce - Magazine Illustration Original Art (c. 1935). Two magazine illustrations by Texas artist, Granville Bruce. Known for his paintings and depictions of Texas history and landscapes, he also worked for many publications, providing illustrations for stories. Rendered in charcoal and white paint on toned illustration board with an image area of approximately 22" x 25". The board has edge chipping and tearing from age deterioration and wear, with some staining. Personalized by the artist at the bottom right. In Good condition.
