Description

Gil Kane Western Gunfighters #31 "Kid Colt" Cover Original Art (Marvel Comics, 1975). Even as a reprint book, Western Gunfighters exhibited the gumption to trot out some fine new cover art. Kane out-does himself on this confrontation between Kid Colt and a menacing blacksmith. Tense radial composition, bursting with energy. Ink over graphite on Bristol board, with an image area of 10" x 15". Loosening in some of the logotype Photostats. Very Good condition.
