George Pérez The Avengers V3#2 Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1998). This all-new series of the The Avengers wasn't just the return of that franchise to the regular Marvel Universe (after a year's sabbatical in the "Heroes Reborn" Universe by Image Comics creators), it wasn't just the return of fan-favorite Avengers artist George Pérez... it was a return to greatness for one of Marvel's most well-known titles. And if there was any doubt that George Pérez wasn't as excited about this as the fans were, just try doing a head count on the number of heroes he stuffed into this single image! (Hint: It's over 33.... we lost count). There are so many we can't even list them all. But essentially it's anyone who ever was an Avenger (with the exception of maybe the Hulk). Crafted with stupefying detail in ink over graphite on bright white Bristol board with an image area of 9.75" x 15". Signed by Pérez in the lower margin.
