Description
Gene Colan and Ernie Chan Daredevil #97 Splash Page 1 Original Art (Marvel, 1973). From DD's Bronze Age era when the Black Widow was cover billed with him. Gene Colan supplied the pencils and Ernie Chan (as Ernie Chua) supplied the inks (and he signed it in the bottom margin). The image area on the Bristol board measures 10" x 14". There is overall tanning, and a top line of paste-up is missing, as is the indicia at the bottom, leaving glue residue in both places. Small bits of production tape residue as well.
