Frank Miller and Klaus Janson Daredevil #179 Page 5 Original Art (Marvel, 1982). A striking half-splash kicks off a page that's dramatically lit in Miller's trademark fashion, a fashion that's been much imitated since. Daredevil confers with reporter Ben Urich, who knows that DD is really Matt Murdock. And what a shock DD receives, as Ben mentions a killer, and the description is that of Elektra. The stage is now set for her dramatic return. Signed at bottom. This piece has an image area of 10" x 15". The corners are clipped, there are traces of white-out and there is overall paper aging. While the background cityscape is original art, it's drawn on a clear acetate overlay (so all the art can be displayed as a single image), and the Zipatone background is on the overlay as well. Very Good condition.
