    Description

    Frank Frazetta Tarzan At The Earth's Core Bear Attack Illustration and Preliminary Original Art Group of 2 (Canaveral Press, 1962). "The bear whirled about on the narrow ledge." An incredible illustration from the 1962 hardback reprint of this classic 1930 Edgar Rice Burroughs story. It appeared facing page 158. Both the finished piece and the preliminary graphite drawing are included in the group. The prelim is on 9" x 12" paper, signed and dated 1962, with slight tanning and in Excellent condition. The finished piece is ink over graphite on 10.75" x 14" Bristol board. It has minor tanning, more so along the edges, with minor corner wear. The image area is in Excellent condition.
