    Description

Floyd Gottfredson and Ted Thwaites (collectively as Walt Disney) Mickey Mouse Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 12-2-33 (King Features Syndicate/Walt Disney, 1933). Mickey searches for a way to save Dippy Dawg. Great images of the pie-eyed version of Mickey, and a nice historical note as Dippy Dawg had just been introduced in 1932's Mickey's Revue. He would later become the fan-favorite character, Goofy. The strip was created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 26.5" x 5.75". The board is very lightly toned, and has been previously stored rolled. In otherwise Excellent condition.
